Weekly Photo Challenge: Saturated

The weekly photo challenge for this week is “Saturated.” To me, saturated means bright and colorful. We were playing “Life” this weekend, which got me thinking that this old 1960s style game seemed to fit the bill.  It is certainly saturated with color!  We own about three versions of “Life”: this old one, a 1980ish one, and a 2000s one.  The 1980s one is our favorite to play, but I like looking at this old one and seeing how things have changed. Some fun spaces:  buy a Rolls Royce, buy a raccoon coat, and a trip to Monte Carlo!

Weekly Photo Challenge: From Lines to Patterns

This week’s photo challenge is “From Lines to Patterns.” It’s been a long Monday, so I won’t write more, but here are some shots.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Inside

This week’s photo challenge was “inside.” It’s been a LONG crazy week, with it being homecoming week at school.  I’m a bit late with this post, but I am making it before the new challenge tomorrow.

And displaying my inner math nerd – my homecoming shirt. The dress up theme for the day was “wear 50 of something,” and being a math teacher, I couldn’t pass up making a shirt with 50 equations on it. The kids either thought it was really cool, or thought I was even more crazy than they already did.
