Forest Trails

I took these a couple of weeks ago, but it’s been busy and hot this week so I haven’t had to much time to take new photos. I like them, although they’re a bit similar to a few I posted earlier.

Summer Blossoms

The flowers are doing well with all the rain, so I thought I’d better take some more pictures of them before it gets really hot.

Little Sebright Hen

This is one of our bantam golden sebright hens.  She’s living the charmed life of a pet chicken, laying a few eggs and getting to live to a ripe old age. She seemed curious about the camera, standing on the roost watching me.  I think she mostly just wanted to know when I was going to give her a snack.  From the angle I was at, her head is almost completely hidden in her feathers as she cleans them in the second shot.
