Into the Fog

All the melting snow means lots of moisture in the air, which made for a foggy morning.  I haven’t done too much shooting in the fog, so it was interesting.  I discovered my camera could not see as far into the fog I as I could, especially if I was zoomed in. That was useful for some shots and meant a lot of walking for others in order to get closer.  Here are a couple of shots from down at the pond.

  1. Good job at capturing some sharp details along with the fog. It gives the image depth.

    • Thanks! It was a learning experience figuring out exactly how to get the right amount of sharpness vs. fogginess, but I was pretty happy with how it turned out.
